Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator (w/m/d) for our sister company in Hamburg.

We have developed into one of the worlds leading manufacturers of airbrush guns and accessories that inspire both artists and professional users in the fields of modelling graphic design custom painting and much more. Harder & Steenbeck attaches great importance to the quality and durability of its products. Each airbrush gun is manufactured with the utmost care and is subject to strict quality controls.

Tasks

General Affairs & Internal Operations

  • Oversee company-wide general affairs including office supplies company vehicles insurance and facility management
  • Maintain and optimize internal documentation and data management systems
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers to manage internal IT assets and infrastructure
  • Lead disaster preparedness initiatives and support business continuity planning
  • Support communication with external consultants and stakeholders as required for business operations and assist in the preparation of documentation for external audits

Labor & Compliance Administration

  • Administer employee attendance tracking leave management and working hour compliance
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding incl. international hires and internal HR procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws company work rules and employment policies. Oversee proper implementation of personal data protection practices
  • Manage occupational health and safety initiatives including employee wellness and workplace hygiene
  • Handle labor accident cases and liaise with insurance providers as needed

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Assist with expense reimbursements and invoice processing
  • Provide accounting documents support and coordinate with the accounting department

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in economics or comparable commercial vocational training
  • Organizational talent: Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure: Able to multitask work under pressure and prioritize various workloads
  • Proactive attitude: Self-motivated proactive creative and energetic with a positive can-do attitude
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Experienced workers welcome
