Job Description
- Provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted patients
- Conduct regular patient assessments and examinations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care and interventions
- Participate in patient care planning and coordination with healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records for all patients
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with consultants and specialists for expert medical opinion and care
- Assist in the organization and implementation of medical camps and health awareness programs
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and interns
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols standards and regulations
- Participate in regular medical rounds and case discussions
- Contribute to continuous medical education and training programs
- Stay updated with the latest medical research and advancements in the field
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in medical practice
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
- Valid medical license to practice as a Resident Medical Officer
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of medical principles procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in emergency care and response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
