Job Description:
Designation: Admin Officer
Company: Indigo Advisory Private Limited
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations
- Oversee daily office functions including managing phone calls emails and inventory of office supplies.
- Ensure the office environment is clean organized and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management by handling scheduling correspondence and employee attendance records.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers ensuring smooth operations contract management and timely renewals.
Travel & Event Planning
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and organize internal meetings and events ensuring all logistics are in place.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.
- Prepare and submit expense reports as required ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Communication & IT Coordination
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments ensuring information flows efficiently.
- Coordinate with the IT department for technical support and resolve any technical issues impacting office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree.
- 1-5 years of experience in a corporate administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Indian compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Location: Charni Road Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)
