Job Description

Description
- We are looking for a and nbsp;Senior UX Designer and nbsp;to drive user-centered design across our digital products and platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate user research into actionable design solutions creating cohesive accessible and innovative user experiences. The ideal candidate is a seasoned UX professional with strong expertise in user research interaction design and information architecture capable of leading design projects from concept through to final implementation. and nbsp;
- Key Responsibilities: and nbsp;
- UX Strategy and Design Leadership: Define and lead the UX design strategy for new and existing products ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. and nbsp;
- User Research and amp; Testing: Conduct and oversee user research initiatives including interviews usability testing surveys and analytics reviews to understand user needs and inform design decisions. and nbsp;
- Wireframing and amp; Prototyping: Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. Collaborate with UI designers to refine visual and interactive elements. and nbsp;
- Information Architecture: Organize content and information to ensure users can navigate and find information intuitively aligning with best practices for accessibility and usability. and nbsp;
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to incorporate technical requirements iterate on designs and deliver seamless product experiences. and nbsp;
- Advocacy for User-Centered Design: Champion UX best practices and a user-first approach across the organization providing insights into industry trends and evolving design standards. and nbsp;
- Accessibility and Inclusive Design: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards optimizing for diverse user needs and promoting an inclusive user experience. and nbsp;
Senior UX Designer - Key Deliverables and nbsp;
- User-Centered UX Strategy Documentation and nbsp;
- Comprehensive UX strategy documents aligning design objectives with business and user needs including user personas journey maps and key design principles. and nbsp;
- User Research Reports and Analysis and nbsp;
- Documentation of user research findings including usability test reports survey results and user insights with recommendations for design improvements. and nbsp;
- Wireframes Prototypes and Interaction Designs and nbsp;
- Deliverables include low-fidelity wireframes high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups demonstrating key user flows and interface layouts. and nbsp;
- Information Architecture Documentation and nbsp;
- Organized content structures navigation maps and information architecture diagrams that promote intuitive user navigation and information retrieval. and nbsp;
- Accessibility Compliance Audits and Reports and nbsp;
- Accessibility audit reports based on WCAG standards with documentation of design adjustments and solutions to ensure inclusivity. and nbsp;
- UX Guidelines and Best Practices Documentation and nbsp;
- Comprehensive UX guidelines for use by design and development teams including best practices design standards and usability principles to maintain design consistency. and nbsp;
- Cross-functional Design Collaboration Artifacts and nbsp;
- Collaboration artifacts such as annotated design specifications feature checklists and requirements documentation to facilitate alignment with product and development teams. and nbsp;
Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
UX Strategy and amp; Problem-Solving Skills and nbsp;30 and nbsp;
- Proven ability to define and lead UX strategy for digital products. and nbsp;
- Demonstrated experience solving complex design challenges translating user needs into intuitive interfaces. and nbsp;
- Ability to balance business goals with user-centered design principles to create impactful experiences. and nbsp;
User Research and amp; Testing Proficiency and nbsp;25 and nbsp;
- Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research including user testing surveys and data analytics. and nbsp;
- Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform design improvements and innovation. and nbsp;
Interaction Design and amp; Prototyping Skills and nbsp;20 and nbsp;
- Skilled in creating detailed wireframes prototypes and user flows that effectively communicate design intent. and nbsp;
- Proficiency in UX design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD) and ability to collaborate closely with UI designers and developers. and nbsp;
Accessibility and amp; Inclusivity and nbsp;15 and nbsp;
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and experience designing for users with diverse needs. and nbsp;
- Commitment to inclusive design practices ensuring all products are usable by as many people as possible. and nbsp;
Communication and amp; Collaboration and nbsp;10 and nbsp;
- Excellent communication skills with experience advocating for UX best practices across diverse teams. and nbsp;
- Ability to present design ideas clearly receive constructive feedback and integrate suggestions effectively. and nbsp;
Must Have:
