Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of online ad campaigns, including setup, trafficking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ad servers, DSPs, and tracking tools, and a deep understanding of programmatic and display advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, and others.

  • Manage ad trafficking through ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, Campaign Manager 360).

  • Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and third-party tags.

  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively troubleshoot delivery or creative issues.

  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (media planning, analytics, creative) and external clients to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Optimize campaigns for performance based on data-driven insights.

  • Maintain documentation for campaign setups and operational procedures.

  • Stay current with industry trends, ad tech platforms, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital ad operations or a related role.

  • Proficiency with ad serving platforms like Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager, DV360, or similar.

  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, RTB, and programmatic ad buying.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with tag management systems (e.g., GTM) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or debugging tools is a plus.

  • Strong communication and project management skills.
