We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of online ad campaigns, including setup, trafficking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ad servers, DSPs, and tracking tools, and a deep understanding of programmatic and display advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, launch, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, and others.
Manage ad trafficking through ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, Campaign Manager 360).
Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and third-party tags.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively troubleshoot delivery or creative issues.
Analyze and report on campaign metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams (media planning, analytics, creative) and external clients to ensure successful campaign execution.
Optimize campaigns for performance based on data-driven insights.
Maintain documentation for campaign setups and operational procedures.
Stay current with industry trends, ad tech platforms, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital ad operations or a related role.
Proficiency with ad serving platforms like Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager, DV360, or similar.
Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, RTB, and programmatic ad buying.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with tag management systems (e.g., GTM) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or debugging tools is a plus.
Strong communication and project management skills.
