Job Description
- Manage and maintain an organized system for files contracts and campaign documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project engagement scopes with partner influencers/KOLs.
- Serve as the go-to person for retrieving updating and archiving PR-related documents.
- Work closely with managers and representatives of influencers/KOLs to finalize contracts and ensure all terms are aligned.
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day coordination during campaign preparations.
- Monitor the performance of influencer/KOL posts and gather campaign data.
- Prepare and compile post-campaign reports with key metrics and insights.
- Archive all performance data in the system to build a comprehensive record for future reference.
