Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position Title: Marketing SpecialistWork Set-up: Work from Home
Salary: 60k to 70k pesos
Schedule: 6am to 3:30 pm Phil time
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support digital campaigns social content CRM activities and event marketing for a growing player in the insurance and technology space. This role is perfect for someone comfortable with both hands-on execution and strategic thinking especially in web CRM and multi-channel engagement.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a data-informed mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist:
Create and update webpages and landing pages using existing CMS platforms
Execute social media strategies and manage content across Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter and others
Manage CRM operations using tools like Zoho (Campaigns CRM and Forms modules preferred)
Design and launch marketing assets such as invites certificates and follow-up materials for webinars and events
Set internal meetings update CRM and databases using software tools and prepare reports and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to support event logistics from venue research to coordination
Curate create and schedule engaging content to support brand and campaign visibility
Optimize all new content with SEO keywords and formatting (manually or via AI)
Monitor performance of marketing campaigns across channels and report on ROI (e.g. paid advertising PR event sponsorships boosted content)
Manage updates to customer databases and ensure version control on all campaign assets
Leverage AI tools for content generation and automation while ensuring careful quality control
Engage with external vendors (e.g. website developers event planners media contacts) as needed
Continuously learn about relevant industry content particularly in general insurance and tech
Qualifications as a Marketing Specialist:
Graduate of any 4-year course in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing content execution or CRM campaigns
Strong proficiency in social media management and webpage editing
CRM experience required; Zoho experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with SEO practices and ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
Proficient in G Suite (Docs Sheets Gmail Calendar etc.)
Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines
High attention to detail with a self-starter attitude
Open to learning new content and industry concepts (e.g. insurance fintech events)
Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors is a plus
