Role Overview

Were hiring a Growth & Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute the entire lead generation engine from strategy to launch to scale. Your north star is a predictable qualified pipeline of B2B leads from mid-to-large Australian enterprises using:

  • Magnetic content

  • Precision outbound campaigns

  • Targeted digital ads

  • SEO fundamentals

  • Funnel automation

This is a high-autonomy high-impact role. Youll launch multi-channel campaigns manage ad spend build automations and own the CRM and outbound stack turning the company s digital presence into a conversion machine.

You must be equal parts creative strategist growth stack expert and data-driven executor who thrives on performance systems.


What You ll Own

Content & Campaign Strategy

  • Write high-converting content across cold emails LinkedIn landing pages ads and call scripts

  • Develop messaging that speaks to HR executives workforce planners and decision-makers

  • Apply buyer psychology (e.g. Eugene Schwartz levels of awareness)

  • Own and manage the content calendar with consistency and brand authority

Outbound & Funnel Automation

  • Build and optimize outbound campaigns using Instantly HubSpot and LinkedIn

  • Handle targeting send logic A/B tests and performance tracking

  • Improve key metrics: open rates reply rates meeting conversions

  • Segment and personalize lead lists with precision

Digital Ads & SEO

  • Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (starting with LinkedIn)

  • Target decision-makers in the company s ICP

  • Optimize budget allocation to drive cost-efficient leads

  • Develop an SEO strategy for international recruitment keywords

  • Improve lead generation from the corporate website

Tools & Tech Stack

  • for prospecting

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator for ICP mapping

  • HubSpot CRM to track engagement

  • Instantly for outbound

  • Canva and ChatGPT for creative formatting



Requirements

  • 5 7 years in B2B growth content marketing or demand generation

  • Proven experience owning full-funnel campaigns from zero to revenue

  • Deep technical fluency with growth tools and platforms

  • Hands-on experience running paid LinkedIn campaigns and SEO projects

  • Exceptional copywriting performance samples required

  • Bonus: Experience in recruitment compliance-heavy industries or global marketplaces

  1. Launch Foundational Outbound Engine:
    Deploy a multi-channel outbound campaign using and Instantly. Achieve a 30% open rate and 10% reply rate by Day 60.

  2. Content That Converts:
    Create and publish 10 high-conversion content assets (emails landing pages LinkedIn posts) that drive a 5% average engagement rate by Day 45.

  3. Ad Campaign Performance:
    Launch LinkedIn ads targeting ICPs. Generate at least 50 qualified leads with a cost-per-lead below $100 within 90 days.

  4. SEO Growth Plan Live:
    Develop and implement a baseline SEO strategy focused on international recruitment keywords. Secure top-10 SERP rankings for 5 core keywords within 90 days.

  5. CRM Optimization:
    Overhaul HubSpot workflows to reduce average response time to under 5 minutes and increase SQL conversions by 20% within 90 days.

  6. Real-Time Performance Dashboard:
    Build and launch a live reporting dashboard for all top-of-funnel and campaign KPIs. Must be review-ready and accurate by Day 30 with ongoing weekly updates.
