Position Overview
The HR & Admin Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our people and administrative systems. From maintaining HR records and coordinating leave to managing office supplies and facilities this role is central to keeping our business organised and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR processes including onboarding leave management and timesheets
- Support payroll input and basic employee relations tasks
- Maintain administrative records inventory logs and facility schedules
- Supervise junior administrative support staff
- Ensure cleanliness maintenance and operational readiness of the office and admin functions
- Liaise with internal teams and vendors for smooth coordination
- Support management with weekly reporting and compliance tracking

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- HND/Bachelor s degree in Business Administration HR or related field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in administrative or HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); familiarity with HR or inventory software is an advantage.
- Excellent coordination multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on operational tasks.
