Were seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead Woodenstreets brand presence globally shaping brand love recall and narrative across digital and offline channels. This high-impact role requires experience in brand campaigns content PR and social storytelling.
Youll work closely with the CMO present to the founders office and manage a growing team while collaborating across functions.
We re based in Udaipur; this full-time role demands a strategic thinker with execution expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Campaigns: End-to-end planning and execution across channels.
2. PR & Corporate Communications: Shape media narrative drive visibility and position leadership.
3. Content & Storytelling: Define brand voice tone and messaging.
4. Influencer & Social Partnerships: Lead influencer marketing identify creators and measure impact.
5. Internal Brand Culture: Foster brand love internally collaborating with HR and leadership.
6. Creative & Agency Management: Work with external partners to deliver high-quality output.
7. Budget & Performance: Manage campaign budgets measure effectiveness and drive commercial outcomes.

Requirements:
1. Experience: 5-7 years in brand marketing with agency and in-house background.
2. Campaign Experience: Hands-on experience with brand campaigns influencer marketing social storytelling or PR-led initiatives.
3. Creative Judgment: Strong ability to write briefs and provide feedback on creative work.
4. Leadership: Comfortable working with senior leadership and presenting independently.
5. Work Style: Fast-paced hands-on and ownership-driven.
6. Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Udaipur full-time (relocation support offered).
