We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales department specifically in the IT field. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi and have a strong ability to lead teams drive sales and develop strategies within the IT industry. A strong learning mindset and the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team focused on selling IT solutions and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the IT market driving revenue and growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders in the IT industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities ensuring targets are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Coach and train sales team members to enhance performance and skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in the IT sector.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to sell IT products and services effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using CRM and sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong learning orientation to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Bachelor s degree in Business IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
