Job Description
A leading company in the import/export industry is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage financial transactions ensure regulatory compliance and support international trade operations through accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor foreign exchange transactions letters of credit (LCs) and bank guarantees.
Prepare and maintain financial reports cash flow statements and monthly reconciliation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders customs agents and banks for international payment processing.
Ensure compliance with export/import regulations GST TDS and other statutory requirements.
Handle vendor payments invoice verification and account settlements.
Assist in budget planning cost analysis and financial forecasting.
Maintain accurate records of overseas transactions supplier accounts and currency conversions.
Liaise with auditors and finance consultants for annual audits and compliance checks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting.
MBA (Finance) or CA Inter preferred.
2 years of experience in finance roles within import/export or international trade.
