Lead multiple aggregated sourcing events and ensure timely delivery of negotiated contracts that meet projected savings and performance metrics
Supervise and mentor a Contract Analyst providing project oversight and strategic guidance
Manage national agreement projects from concept through contract execution ensuring alignment with member needs and high-quality service delivery
Research vendors develop and distribute Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and evaluate proposals for financial and strategic value
Negotiate contract terms in coordination with corporate legal teams
Present contract strategies and recommendations to internal boards (e.g. nursing supply chain etc.)
Oversee member engagement implementation and conversion support for new agreements
Maintain detailed tracking and reporting for assigned service categories including spend assessments KPIs and initiative scorecards
Ensure data accuracy across all analytics and reporting prior to stakeholder presentation
Provide regular updates to the Assistant Vice President and attend off-site meetings as required
Support staff training in new contracting processes and policies
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree required
Minimum 5 7 years of healthcare contracting experience
Demonstrated expertise in procurement sourcing negotiations and contracts
Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
Skilled in presenting to executive stakeholders and clinical boards
