Job Description

This isnt your typical accounting role. Youll be the financial captain of a dynamic technology-driven company managing every financial detail with precision and strategic insight. We need a self-starter who can work autonomously solve complex financial puzzles and turn raw data into meaningful business intelligence.
What You ll Do:
Daily reconciliation of all transactions in Quickbooks Online
Daily collection and management of receivables
Monthly reconciliation of accounts
Responsible for bill payments and vendor payables
Weekly reporting to management
Process and record payroll in ADP
Deposit checks process credit cards wires and ACH
Maintain excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
Committed to providing a positive experience for every interaction
Demonstrate a desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
Requirements
Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field
Advanced QuickBooks Online experience
Proficient Bookkeeping experience including payables & receivables
Experience with Apple products such as Mac computers
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Google Workspace product knowledge such as Google Docs & Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction industry bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in advanced financial reporting tools
Strong analytical and attention to detail skills

Schedule and Location:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST at our HQ in Bergenfield NJ
Project Manager Requirements: Proven experience in account management, project management, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to upsell or add-on products to increase revenue. Proficient in using CRM software. Ability to work in various outdoor environments and adapt to different job scenarios. Punctual, proactive, disciplined, creative, efficient, and balanced. Open-minded with a growth mindset.
