Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI) to be eligible.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Industrial Security Program
Serve as FSO and CSSO supporting both collateral DoD and special access programs
Conduct security self-inspections implement mitigation strategies and support government audits
Manage physical security and maintain facility clearance status in NISS
Administer personnel security processes including onboarding clearance processing and SEAD 3 reporting
Develop and update company policies and procedures aligned with NISPOM and ICD 705
Ensure compliance with contract-specific requirements including DD254s and access control
Maintain working relationships with DCSA program security officers and internal stakeholders
8 years of experience in industrial and special access security within the DoD or Intelligence Community
Certified FSO with experience as a CSSO or CPSO
Deep knowledge of NISPOM ICDs SEADs and executive orders
Familiarity with DISS/NBIS NISS SWFT eQIP/eAPP
Expertise in OPSEC and safeguarding sensitive information
Bachelor s degree in Criminal Justice Business Administration Information Systems or related field
Active TS/SCI clearance required
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in a relevant field
Membership in security-related professional organizations (NCMS ISWG etc.)
Familiarity with ICD 503 / Risk Management Framework

At least 7 years of proven experience in successfully executing & closing sales campaigns in relevant markets. Experience selling to the USAF and USN. Experience selling product solutions in the areas of hardware and RF. Based in the DC area Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong ability to lead sale
