Due to increased demand for their services they are actively seeking to recruit experienced Audit Supervisors/Seniors to operate in their country of choice (Barbados is the top priority/location chosen depending on headcount) and join their exciting journey.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning executing and completing audits.
Auditing the financial statements of a portfolio of clients.
Developing and supervising staff.
Reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting issues.
Assisting in engagement management and practice development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in accounting or a related field.
Commitment to pursue a professional accounting qualification.
Minimum of three years of previous audit experience.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a growing fast-paced interactive results-based team environment.
Solid verbal written and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to take ownership of your assignments and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with IFRS.
Possession of an accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA is required for the supervisor position.
