Job Description
Job Title: Fabric Cutter
Pay: $15.00/hour
Hours: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM (with possible overtime)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fabric Cutter to support our production and shipping operations. This role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately cutting and preparing fabric orders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision efficiency and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately cut fabric according to customer order specifications and measurements.
- Verify all measurements and quantities before cutting to ensure accuracy.
- Pull designated fabric from inventory as required.
- Neatly and securely package cut fabric preparing orders for shipment.
- Ensure all packaged orders meet quality and presentation standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and comprehension).
- Possess a verifiable work history.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
