As they scale rapidly to meet the demands of a growing user base, they re looking for elite FPGA Engineers to take ownership of firmware development for custom electronics deployed in extreme and high-reliability environments. This is a key technical hire, integral to their mission success and future innovation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and develop production-grade FPGA firmware tailored for data-intensive applications such as signal processing, image manipulation, real-time control, or analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally from early prototyping through hardware bring-up to deployment
- Own verification testing, documentation, and integration on FPGA/SoC systems
- Implement signal processing and control logic
- Contribute to hardware debugging and design reviews
- Follow and enhance internal development processe
Key Requirements:- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Solid industrial experience with FPGAs building systems that process or transform data in real-time
- Proficiency in VHDL or Verilog for algorithmic and structured logic design
- Expertise in embedded C/C for firmware or bare-metal applications
- Comfortable reading schematics and working across the digital design lifecycle from RTL to final test
- Experience with Xilinx (Vivado, Vitis) and modern SoC platforms (e.g., Zynq, RFSoC)
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with gateware for image, signal, or control processing
- Familiarity with DSP platforms or algorithm
- Background in modem (concepts) development, stock/market signal processing, or real-time filtering
- Python, Bash, or scripting experience for test automation and validation
