We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Grand Rapids. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments organizing stock maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Receive process label and store incoming shipments
Prepare and package outgoing orders for timely delivery
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free warehouse
Follow company policies and safety procedures
Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
