Job Description
As HR Manager you will play a key role in defining and implementing the HR strategy in France and across a European scope. You will manage a small HR team and work closely with international HR teams.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead the local HR strategy in alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
As a true Business Partner you will act as a liaison with management and leaders to support them on managerial issues strategy performance management change management and employee engagement.

Structure and lead employee journeys.
Work in close coordination with the international HR team to harmonize processes and develop innovative HR practices.
Qualifications :
- You hold a higher education degree (Business School Masters in HR or Labor Law) and have significant experience ( 7/8 years) and at least 5 years in a similar role with broad HR scope
- Expert and very experienced in French labour law
- High willingness to develop effective working relationships with Business Leaders and understand and support business needs (ideally in Sales environments)
- Experience in handling CSE
- Experience and willingness with working in a international HR Team
You are fluent in English and are known for your initiative and ability to implement processes.
