Food Services & Kitchen Attendant Hotel Victor Dream big with us!

Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. Were looking for authentic individuals who are passionate about the guest experience. This dynamic role requires weekend and nighttime availability to ensure that our guests have the best time possible at our pubs.
A day in the life of a Food Services & Kitchen Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products to create special moments that your guests wont forget
- Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
- Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing them with fast efficient and personalised service
- Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
- Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility which is centred around safety and procedural compliance
Qualifications :
About you:
- You know that when it comes to guest service every moment matters
- You are great with people communication detail and delivery and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
- You have flexible availability across the day evenings and weekends
- You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
- Youll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
