You will be a part of the leadership team at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy and vision for spa wellness and recreation operations. Your role will involve leading the implementation of this strategy to ensure excellence in guest experience operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Prepare and manage the spas financial budget including revenue generation and cost control.
- Analyze financial data and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales targets and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and wellness services.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through quality control of services treatments and facilities.
- Develop and oversee wellness programs and packages tailored to guest needs.
- Recruit train and retain skilled colleagues ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop training programs to enhance colleague skills in service delivery and customer relations.
- Foster a positive work environment to promote colleague retention and motivation.
- Ensure that all spa and wellness operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Innovate and develop new spa treatments wellness programs and product lines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate the latest wellness practices.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience minimum 2-5 years in a leadership role within luxury spa and wellness operations preferably in a 5-star hotel wellness resort or integrated medical wellness facility.
- Solid understanding of wellness trends spa technology and global wellness markets.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in holistic therapies medical wellness and integrative health programs.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue through innovative spa packages membership programs and wellness retreats.
- Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering bespoke five-star service.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills; able to inspire and lead a diverse team of therapists wellness practitioners and medical consultants.
- Results-driven and proactive with strong initiative creativity and problem-solving skills.
