MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
Minimum of eight years of Level 3/TAC level of support experience with debugging diagnosing and troubleshooting skillsets of the domains listed
Level 3 experience with NOC Monitoring tools Such as OBM NNMi APM SiteScope SolarWinds Zabbix
Application Maintenance of Microfocus Applications (OpsBridge NNMi Network Automation OPTIC Reporting Etc).
Level 3 Experience in OBM/OMi NNMi iSPIs OPTIC OBR APM SiteScope Network Automation Service Manager BVD UCMDB BPM &RUM
Scripting/Programming on PERL SHELL VB PowerShell Kusto Python
Databases Experience in MS SQL Oracle Sybase IQ Postgres Vertica
Well-versed with networking tools such as traffic generators analysers etc.
Application Fine Tuning and Enhancement (Especially NNMi Ops Bridge & OBR NPS BVD Site scope Airwave etc)
Experience of managing technical resources onsite and coordination between customer and the delivery team.
Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization including interaction with internal/external senior level business stakeholders.
ITIL Awareness
High level of IT literacy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
BE/ Degree or equivalent in years of progressive experience in Service Provider environments.
Flexibility in work hours when needed.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
