Job Description
Reporting to the Director Debt Services and working as part of a team in Malaysia this role involves taking ownership of a suite of client loan portfolios and acting as the first point of contact for those clients. Key responsibilities include the following:
- Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings
- Review and set up of new securities or deals/loans including any relevant attributes
- Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide reporting and support to the client operations team during the NAV cycle
- Position substantiation on a periodic basis for each portfolio
- Provide support to the Team and Department management by participating in projects and resolving ad-hoc queries
Qualifications :
Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in fund operations loan operations fund accounting or accounting
- Working level of competency in MS Office
- Good team player adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes
