Job Description
Our Traction store located in Rigaud is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a regular full-time position.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Schedule visits to meet with existing and/or potential clients to establish a good professional relationship and generate new sales
- Be responsible for increasing individual sales for the assigned territories
- Work with store managers to develop sales development plans to grow business with existing and potential clients in the assigned territory
- Monitor market conditions and gather strategic information on the market and competition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Present and demonstrate municipal equipment as well as equipment in the field of recycling collection waste removal and sales of parts on the road;
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions;
- Achieve and exceed established sales and rental goals;
- Participate in trade shows and industry events;
- Provide exceptional after-sales service;
- Complete required sales reports and documents within specified deadlines.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
- 5 years of experience in heavy machinery sales or a related field;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Valid drivers license.
