Job Description

 

Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of the local talent acquisition strategy for Dutch market in collaboration with remote TA teams aligning it with our global objectives and driving impactful outcomes.  

Mass Recruitment Mastery: Showcase your expertise in managing high-volume recruitment processes ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. 

International Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our international teams to understand their unique talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet them. 

Sales Approach: Use your skills as a recruitment practitioner to engage communicate and sell Evo as a best company in class. 

Dutch Fluency: Utilize your Dutch language skills to engage with local candidates and stakeholders fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process. 

Innovative Sourcing: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing cutting-edge sourcing techniques leveraging technology and creative approaches to attract top talent. 

Candidate Experience Excellence: Champion the candidate experience ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism transparency and respect. 

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Harness the power of data to drive insights and inform recruitment strategies continuously monitoring key metrics to optimize performance and drive results. 

 


Qualifications :

- Dutch Fluency: Fluent in Dutch with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with candidates in the local language. 

- Mass Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in managing mass recruitment processes with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver results. 

- International Exposure: Experience working in an international environment with a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 

- Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices. 

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels. 

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in leveraging technology and digital tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience. 

- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach empowering team members to excel and achieve their full potential.

This role does not offer relocation and would suit someone who already resides in Malta.
