Job Description
Sika is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join its growing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage maintenance of the Lakewood facility including building infrastructure and equipment.
- Develop and implement a strong Preventive Maintenance system optimizing workforce labor and materials.
- Facilitate coach and train manufacturing teams on proper equipment maintenance.
- Execute company policies regarding Safety Purchasing Regulatory compliance and Labor Relations.
- Coordinate and maintain ISO14000 RC9001 QS9000 and TS16949 certifications in engineering maintenance and process areas.
- Establish goals set performance standards and provide training for personnel.
Salary range: $90000-$100000 annual
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 10 years experience in chemical and industrial environments
- Excellent communication and employee relations skills
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of chemical industry processes and regulatory requirements
