Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and management team to strengthen and maintain the hotels brand identity across all channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive room F&B and events revenue.
- Manage the hotels digital presence including website content updates search engine optimization (SEO) content creation social media engagement online advertising and email marketing campaigns.
- Build partnerships with local businesses corporate clients and tourism boards to enhance the hotels visibility and reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets journalists influencers and bloggers to generate positive media coverage.
- Prepare press releases coordinate media visits and support PR activities to highlight hotel initiatives and offerings.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures presentations digital assets and promotional collaterals in line with brand standards.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends customer preferences and new marketing opportunities.
- Support the organization of internal and external marketing events promotions and campaigns to increase guest engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and guest experience.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Solid understanding of branding marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools social media platforms website CMS and web analytics.
- Creative innovative and able to conceptualize engaging campaigns targeting key market segments.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Basic design skills and experience with photography/videography would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with hotel systems and CRM tools is a plus.
