Job Description
At Novotel Sydney Darling Harbour we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
- Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful clear information.
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in check-out and throughout the night.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures.
- A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
