Ensures appropriate parts scheduling purchase parts deliveries and logistic flows in order to make material available when needed and according to company cash objectives. Furthermore lead all of the Logistic & warehouse team and coordinate with support functions for logistic engineering and transport teams (Alstom employees or external provider) for your site. You will need to manage and optimize the logistic flows to always keep the physical and system flows aligned. In addition you will need to ensure that Environment Health & Safety (EHS) rules are respected and promote EHS culture.
Ensure that employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health Safety and Environmental policies
Manage the physical flow whether internally managed or subcontracted and ensure the compliance of those activities with AZDP standards (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan)
Ensuring implementation of all standard processes & golden rules in compliance with Logistic processes
Optimize hard inventory with support of material planning team
Coordinate suppliers deliveries plan for her / his project with support of the supplier delivery performance team
Manage her / his team : calculate workload define priorities implement development plans and assure adequate training
Optimizing warehousing packaging and internal/external physical flow according to Lean Manufacturing and QCDE (Quality Cost Delivery Environment Health & Safety) principles
Is responsible for the physical inventory accuracy applying Alstom rules in terms of counting
Defines and deploys her / his continuous improvement roadmap according to APSYS standards
Ensure integrity of data needed to run efficient MRP (material resource planning)
Provide reporting to management for the various supply chain KPI
Can be involved in front of customer for audits or action plans presentation and follow-up
If relevant for her / his platform coordinate Repair and monitor shipments and work execution in order to achieve on time delivery targets and to ensure customer satisfaction

English fluent
Supplier Relationships Management
Material needs scheduling
Logistic flows and warehouse management
Working knowledge of ERP systems ideally SAP with special regards to modules used for management of the Supply Chain
