Job Description

Account Manager AV Sales
Location: Greater Salt Lake City Utah
Compensation: $60K $85K base uncapped commissions. OTE ranges from $150K $250K (flexible for top performers)
Employment Type: Direct Hire

We re helping a major player in the AV industry hire an experienced Account Manager in Salt Lake City. If you re currently selling AV solutions and want a territory with strong support and growth potential this could be a great next step.

What You ll Do:

  • Drive new business in AV system sales and manage long-term client relationships

  • Identify and close new opportunities generate quotes and draft proposals

  • Manage full sales cycle and coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery

  • Forecast sales track activities in CRM and consistently hit GP targets

  • Actively engage in sales meetings prospecting campaigns and professional development

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently selling AV solutions this is a must

  • 3 years of AV sales experience including client acquisition and project-based selling

  • Familiar with CRMs and disciplined with sales documentation

  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to design and deliver custom solutions

  • Past experience with companies like Ford AV or LYNX LLLP is a plus

Interview Process:

  • Resume short write-up including:

    • of new clients (logos) brought in annually over the last 3 years

    • Gross profit numbers for the past 3 years

    • Short summary of your sales methodology

  • 1st interview: 45 minutes with Hiring Manager

  • 2nd interview: Panel with two senior leaders

  • Offer decision typically made within 24 hours after final interview
