What Youll Do
As the Area General Manager youll take charge of three locations ensuring seamless operations strong membership growth and an incredible client experience across the board. This role is for a leader a motivator and a business strategistsomeone who is equally comfortable coaching a team as they are analyzing revenue reports.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams Hire train and mentor a motivated studio staff and sales team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service.
Drive Business Growth Oversee memberships retail and community outreach strategies to grow revenue and create sustainable success.
Ensure Top-Tier Member Experience Maintain consistency and excellence in every interaction ensuring our community stays strong and engaged.
Strategic Sales & Marketing Develop and implement sales strategies membership referral programs and grassroots marketing efforts to expand our reach.
Studio Operations Management Organize schedules manage studio events oversee class programming (with Lead Teachers) and keep all locations running smoothly.
Community & Social Engagement Represent Pure Barre RVA through networking events Instagram Reels content and local partnerships.
Financial Oversight & Reporting Track key metrics like membership drafts retail sales and revenue trends to hit and exceed targets.
Problem Solve & Innovate Recognize areas of opportunity implement improvements and lead by example with a solution-focused mindset.

Qualifications & Requirements
3 years of sales or fitness industry experience (multi-location management preferred).
Previous experience leading teams & managing multiple revenue streams (memberships retail).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsboth in person and over the phone.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail & ability to manage data revenue and studio operations.
Proficiency with computers & software (QuickBooks Canva gym management & POS systems).
Flexible availabilitynights weekends.
Bachelors degree.
