What Youll Do
Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet members and guests provide studio tours and offer personalized assistance to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Drive Sales: Convert leads into members through genuine conversation follow-up outreach and sharing your enthusiasm for the Rumble brand.
Support the Studio: Handle front desk operations including check-ins merchandise sales membership processing and studio upkeep.
Be the Vibe: Help create a welcoming upbeat environment that reflects our Rumble culturemotivated inclusive and empowering.
What Were Looking For
Sales-Driven Mindset: Previous experience in sales hospitality or fitness is preferred but not required. Well train the right personality.
People Person: Youre outgoing personable and naturally connect with others.
Reliable & Organized: You take initiative show up on time and can juggle tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Team-Oriented: You thrive in a team environment and are motivated by shared success.
Flexible Availability: Part-time role with 2025 hours per week. Must be available for at least one weekend day specifically Saturday morning.
Compensation
$13 per hour
Commission and performance-based incentives available
