Sales Manager Lead with Purpose at BeemLight Sauna Briargate
Location: Briargate CO
Compensation: $50000 base salary up to $1500/month in incentive pay
Schedule: Full-time 56 days per week 40 hours/week 23 Saturday mornings/month based on events

As we expand our footprint in Colorado were looking for a Sales Manager to take the lead in growing our member base building meaningful relationships and driving business results.
What Youll Do
As the Sales Manager youll be the heartbeat of our studios operations and growth. Youll oversee the day-to-day performance of the location while creating a warm and inspiring environment for both clients and team members. Youll lead with a mix of data-driven focus and people-first leadership.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Driving membership sales local marketing efforts and community partnerships
Leading and mentoring the front desk and support team
Managing studio performance metrics scheduling and administrative functions
Representing BeemLight at local wellness and community events 23 Saturday mornings per month
Creating personalized experiences that exceed client expectations
Cultivating a culture of trust consistency and results
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in a sales-focused or retail management role
A passion for health wellness and people
Exceptional communication time management and leadership skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule and represent the studio at weekend events as needed
Experience in a boutique fitness or wellness environment is a strong plus
