About the Role

As a CNC Turner youll operate sliding head lathes to produce custom plastic components. Youll handle everything from prototypes to large-scale production runs. Your skills will be essential in maintaining the companys reputation for quality and precision.

Our client is a UK-based manufacturer specializing in plastic turned parts. With a team of dedicated plastic turning specialists they provide custom components tailored to client specifications. Their commitment to quality and fast turnaround times has made them a trusted name in the industry.

Working Hours

• Full-time 5-day working week
• 8 till 4:30 Monday to Friday

Key Duties

• Set up and operate Citizen CNC Machines for plastic turning operations
• Troubleshoot CNC equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications and program CNC machines accordingly.
• Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process and monitor machine performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner preferably with plastics
• Proficiency in operating sliding head lathes
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and CNC programming
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with CNC Sliding head turning.
