Job Description
Are you passionate about precision and detail Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters At Kepak Group we are on the lookout for a dedicated Stock Controller to join our Despatch Team.
Kepak is a global food company serving international retailers and food service household names with prime cuts of meat on-trend food concepts and ready-for-market convenience foods.
We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch beef and lamb products that our customers can trust. As a Stock Controller here youll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of our stock systems and supporting our commitment to quality. This is more than just a job; its an opportunity to be part of a team that cares about quality sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Working hours of 6am - 6:30pm 4 days on 4 days off
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- A proactive attitude with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and departments.
- A meticulous eye for detail to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Experience in auditing and stock control is a plus!
- A willingness to identify and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- A genuine passion for working in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere
- Working to a daily and weekly schedule in fresh and frozen environment
- A stock checker will work scanning each item in an assigned section using scanner paying attention to detail. Ensuring all pallets and cases are scanned correctly.
- Follow a schedule however will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Review reports seek out missing stock and resolving any deviations.
- Feedback results to Despatch Manager.
- Will need to liaise with other area to investigate stock discrepancies
