We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team and help translate business questions into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions at the executive level. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact dashboards and reports used by senior leadership including COO staff and executive teams.

Job Location: 100 % Remote (Canada)
Time Zone: PST
What Youll Do:
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends patterns and key performance indicators.
- Build stunning executive-facing dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI that inform decisions at the highest levels - including the COO and executive leadership.
- Deliver high-impact insights that influence strategic business decisions operational improvements and future planning.
- Conduct root cause analysis to solve business challenges and present your findings in a clear actionable way.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast business outcomes and provide recommendations based on predictive analytics.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting needs and help shape our BI tools and analytics strategy.
Must-Haves on Your Resume:
- Proven expertise (5 years) in Business Intelligence Data Analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Ability to translate complex business questions into intuitive executive-ready analytics dashboards
Preferred Background:
Education: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Computer Science
Certifications: Tableau or Power BI certifications are a strong plus
