Our client a highly innovative technology company operating in the crypto AI and payments domains is seeking a talented Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Needs Analysis & Planning: Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective tailored recruitment plans.
- Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source identify and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels including online platforms social media networking events and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume screening phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills experience and cultural fit.
- Full-Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
2. Employer Branding:
- Brand Enhancement: Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice and attract top IT talent.
3. Other:
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends emerging technologies and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to senior management providing regular updates on progress challenges and insights.
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition specifically recruiting for technical roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to source engage and close top technical talent including experience with international relocation particularly from the Eastern Europe region.
- Strong negotiation influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
