Role:Senior Educator
Location: Ashfield Postcode 2131 NSW
Centre: Goodstart Ashfield
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time 38 hours a week
Pay: $36.91 - $40.33 Ph plus Super

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Ashfield
- Permenant full time position working in the nursery room
- 46 place centre
- Rated exceeding NQS
- Operating 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday
- 3 minute walk to Ashfield Train start and 1 Minute to the nearest bus stop
- Longstanding educators that have been with the centre for 18 years
- Centre director with 26 years of experience with 8 of those being with Goodstart

Youll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) As well as previous experience in a Room Lead role
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
