As our Regional Sales Manager for Spence products you will be responsible for driving sales of pressure-reducing equipmentincluding condensate returns steam pressure reducing valves and regulators steam traps and other steam pressure management solutionsacross your assigned region. Youll play a key role in growing our business by collaborating closely with Distributors Representatives strategic customers and direct OEM accounts.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage Sales Channel -Develop and maintain relationships with sales channel organizations within established geographic and product/market parameters. Lead and direct the sales channel network by providing product and application training assistance in the development of accounts make customer sales calls with distributor/representatives follow up on all Sales objectives and Marketing department directives; selects trains and evaluates all responsible sales channel organizations to ensure you meet or exceed all sales objectives.
Market Knowledge- Gather and disseminate market information to Marketing Department and within Sales Team regarding regional economic conditions trends in market activity and technology changes in customer behaviors growth opportunities and competitor actions.
Promotional Strategies Support the development of promotional strategies to provide increased visibility and market penetration.
You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You pursue everything with energy drive and the need to finish. You negotiate strategically in tough situations. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You build partnerships inside and outside of the company working collaboratively others to achieve shared objectives!

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $00annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
