Job Description
The team is currently seeking a skilled Baker to enhance the morning shift operations. The role is pivotal in the kitchen involving dough preparation baking a diverse range of breads and upholding the high-quality standards set for each batch. Pay starts at $15 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for pizzas breadsticks and other baked goods.
- Bake a wide range of bakery products according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to optimize baking processes and improve product quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred.
- Passion for baking and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work early hours for first shift schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
