The Role You Will Play
- Working alongside the President the Estimator will oversee tenant up-fit and service work projects ensuring timely execution within budget while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude

Background Profile
- 2-5 years experience in estimating project coordination or a related construction role
- High school diploma or GED(required)
- Associates or bachelors degree in construction management Engineering Architecture or a related field (preferred)
- Relevantcertifications(e.g. OSHA 10/30 Certified Estimating Professional - CEP) are a plus
