Production Lead
Outagamie County manufacturer is looking to add an experienced leader to their production team! This 1st shift position will offer you an ideal 8 hour shift schedule while working in a small close knit environment. If you have top notch leadership skills this is the position for you!

Starting Pay $17 to $20/hr
Required Education High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience At least 2 years of experience
As a production lead you will be responsible for the day to day operations in the production department from helping to set up equipment to scheduling breaks.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the production line to ensure productivity.
- Setting up equipment and making sure inventory is up to date.
- Supervising all hourly and temporary employees
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership manufacturing role
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Prior production experience is also needed.
