FP&A MANAGER POTATO DIVISION
LOCATION: ARVIN CA.

This person will be responsible for leading financial planning forecasting budgeting and analytical processes to support executive leadership with data-driven insights. This role requires a strong understanding of product costing financial modeling and business strategy. This person must have the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across departments. Additional Info
What you will need:
- 4-year degree with concentration in accounting finance or Operations Management.
- 5 years of experience in financial planning analysis and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint ERP systems financial planning software and visualization tolls.
- Extensive experience with product costing models in and outside of an ERP platform financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate meaningful insights and recommendations derived from data and analysis to senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi-state multi-entity environment.
- A valid Drivers License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
What will set you apart:
- Experience with SQL based databases including data mining and report generation using Tableau or equivalent BI tool.
- CPA CMA CFA or MBA
Benefits
Total Rewards: $140000 - $170000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
