NARIK CONSULTING LLC is a leading engineering and manufacturing firm that specializes in providing high-quality solutions to a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machinist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Machinist at NARIK CONSULTING LLC you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment to produce precision parts and components. You will work closely with our engineering team to interpret technical drawings and specifications and use your expertise to create high-quality products that meet our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines such as lathes mills grinders and CNC machines to produce precision parts and components
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the most efficient and accurate methods of production
- Select appropriate tools materials and techniques for each project
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machinist preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in the use of various machines and equipment including lathes mills grinders and CNC machines
- Knowledge of different materials and their properties
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
