Job Description

- A sales-focused individual with at least 5 years of sales and/or management experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer savvy with strong software user skills
- Positive can-do attitude and strong leadership skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- 5 years in a Management role with the ability to manage team of technicians and additional office staff
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing to a budget
- Route-based service business experience and strong people management skills
- Full-time position with typical hours Monday-Friday
- Some weekend work and additional hours are required during busy times of year (spring and fall)
- Swimming Pool knowledge a plus
