Job Description
- Intake new losses via phone email and fax.
- Sketch new losses in XM8
- Monitor updates in MICA for job status documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
- Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
- Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date.
- Update Dropbox daily with status updates files and move for finalized billing.
- Scheduling Subcontractors and Technicians for daily work.
- Ordering materials testing for mold and asbestos for jobs.
- Review work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3-5 Years Insurance Restoration Experience
- MUST USE XM8
- MUST USE MICA
- MUST USE SYMBILITY
- Must maintain a valid Drivers License and maintain a safe driving record.
- Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions along with sound problem solving ability.
