Greek-speaking Customer Support Representative Porto Portugal
Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Language Requirement: Fluent in Greek (C2) & Good English (B2)
Are you a Greek speaker with a passion for helping people Were looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic and international team in beautiful Porto Portugal. Youll be the first point of contact for customers ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone email and chat

Assist with product information troubleshooting and issue resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Native-level fluency in Greek (spoken and written)

Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit
