Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems; support a culture of continuous feedback.
Employee Relations: Promote a positive workplace culture address grievances ensure legal compliance and maintain workplace safety.
Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures and manage payroll in compliance with legal standards.
Training & Development: Assess training needs and lead professional development initiatives.
HR Analytics: Leverage HR data to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes.
Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive policies and initiatives with a focus on empowering women.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree required; Masters in HR preferred.
6 to 8 years of HR experience ideally in digital financial services financial institutions or software houses.
