Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a talented TGT English teacher for our Hubballi location. This full-time mid-level position requires candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in teaching. The role involves instructing secondary-level students enhancing their language skills and ensuring adherence to educational standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching English with a dedication to student success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Bachelor of Education () and a Master of Arts (M.A) in English (Mandatory skill).
- Prior experience in curriculum development ensuring alignment with academic standards.
- Experience in English language teaching with innovative methods to engage students.
- Strong classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment.
- Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Adept in using technology to enhance the teaching-learning process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and interact with parents.
